Katie McDonald CCHC

Katie McDonald is a certified Holistic Health Coach trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. An experienced vegan cook and baker she also studied at National Gourmet institute for Food and Health in Manhattan. In 2009 received a certification as a raw food chef and trainer from Alissa Cohen. She obtained further training in healing by becoming a Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner.  Well Versed in a wide range of dietary and wellness practices, she empowers clients to become engaged in their health. Katie believes that one mindful bite, one loving act of self-discipline, one gentle ritual of self-care, one moment of stillness, can transform one’s life. 

Katie offers a complimentary 30 minute consulatation to all South County Advenutre Boot Campers.

At my home studio you will receive specialized individual attention and adjustments due to the maximum of 6 people in a class.  There is a yoga wall which is an incredible tool to assist in deepening the stretch safely.

Private Sessions:

First session: 90 minutes = $80 (save $10.00)
